A Closer Look at Strom Park

Strom Park is one of several new residential communities popping up across Viera, but that isn’t the most interesting thing about it. The development’s features are thoughtful and innovative, making it an inviting place for families to grow.

When Viera Builders first broke ground in Strom Park last year, an article in Viera Voice shared some of the community’s features, including a slash pool, tot lot and the area’s first dog park. Amenities like a splash pool are sure to thrill water-loving children just as much as a dog park appeals to dog lovers and their furry companions. Strom Park also has one full-size playground and a few smaller ones sprinkled about the development that are sure to beckon children to play outdoors.

The article also shared information about the development’s complete design. Strom Park is broken into four villages comprised of 343 homes. Each village includes its own commercial center, making last minute trips for essential staples quick and easy.

The development features homes on waterfront and conservation lots that start in the high $200,000s. Home designs fall into either the Tree series or Spring series, each of which offers a number of highly stylized floor plans. The spacious one and two-story designs boast three to five bedrooms, expansive garages and attractive exterior features.

Strom Park was the first new development to be built in Viera since 2007, but there are a couple more communities to choose from now. Arrivas Village is another single-family home development off Lake Andrew Drive, which will one day boast 200 new homes. There’s also Stadium Villas, which is a new community located off Stadium Parkway that holds 60 luxury single-family townhomes.

Strom Park, Arrivas Village and Stadium Villas share the same builder, The Viera Company, which recently made headlines for a completely different reason. Last month, Florida Today reported that The Viera Company agreed to donate land worth over $10 million dollars so that 6 new schools could be built in Brevard County.
